Victor 's service was excellent in regards to my yellow jacket wasp problem. He not only destroyed the nest hidden inside my outdoor light fixture , he sprayed every crevice on the outside of my home and garage with a preventative so that these wasps would not relocate onto another portion of my home. It was assuring to know that if the wasps return, Victor guaranteed returning to my home to treat any re-infestation. He is very professional and highly knowledgeable towards his exterminating craft which is very reassuring too. On a more personal note, Victor showed compassion towards a tiny tree frog hidden in one of my shutters that he removed to a safer location before spraying the pesticide.
